Dude, it's only a mile. The 3rd annual Morningside Mile is Atlanta's only competitive 1-mile run with cash prizes for the winners.

The Block Party

NOON - 2pm

Meet us at the finish line for a neighborhood Block Party thrown by Morningside Village businesses (1424 N. Highland Ave).

Restoring Atlanta's Oldest Fire Station

October is National Fire Safety Month! A portion of race & event proceeds will be donated to the Atlanta Fire Foundation for the restoration of the Virginia-Highland fire station #19. Over the years, lack of funding for proper maintenance on this 1925 historic landmark has resulted in termite damage to the staircase, holes in the ceiling, and standing water in the station due to poor drainage.
